Luwak Estate

The three bedroomed villa was everything we hoped it would be and more. The photos just don't do it justice, we were completely blown away when we arrived and this continued for the rest of the stay. Close enough to Ubud, but far enough away to avoid the traffic mayhem there. Customer Service was second to none. Everyone that we came across was helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Breakfast which was included was fabulous - ordered the evening before and delivered on time to the villa with a smile, and then cleared away for us. We also ate at the restaurant on the first night - lovely food, great value and a dance show, which required audience participation at the end, which was a nice touch. Any issues were dealt with immediately and we felt completely looked after. We took advantage of the massages that were included with our booking - again a nice addition to the booking. The staff also looked after me when I was unwell whilst out in Ubud, came to collect me and were concerned so took me to the local clinic for a check up and waited for me to be discharged. This was above and beyond and very much appreciated.

The Luwak Resort is in very convenient location. The personnel is absolutely amazing, Ary is exceptional! We felt at home because of how well we were treated. The massage by P (sorry, forgot the name) was amazing, we had three sessions! The pool is long enough to enjoy a good swim. The bathroom is the best I’ve seen so far! Bed comfortable! Small shop nearby, town just 20 min walking away . The food at the restaurant was better than the one we had in town, the cook at Luwak is excellent! Thank you Luwak Estate team for giving us a wonderful time in Ubud !

We stayed as a family of 6 with older teen and young adult children. Excellent location just outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud but only a quick (complimentary) shuttle ride into the centre. Comfortable accommodation, well appointed, excellent private pool and free airport shuttle. The restaurant served the best Indonesian food we had in Ubud so give it a go - the free breakfast is excellent but lunch and dinner is exceptional.Main benefit is the staff,lead by Mr Arya, which are so helpful and so keen to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Family of 4 (2 Adults - 2 Children) Our stay at Luwak Estate Ubud was truly exceptional, largely due to the outstanding service provided by the dedicated staff. As we bid farewell to Luwak Estate Ubud after five memorable days, my family and I are filled with a sense of sadness at leaving such a wonderful place. Hospitality: The level of service and kindness extended to us by the staff at Luwak surpassed all our expectations, and we are seasoned travelers. A special mention must be made for Arya, whose efforts in organising a delightful birthday breakfast for my wife and decorating our room upon our return made her 40th birthday truly unforgettable. Arya and the team at Luwak consistently went above and beyond, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was exceptional. I must also commend Agung, another valuable member of Luwak team, and Argus (sorry if i spelt your name incorrectly), who works in the restaurant, for their exceptional service. We can understand why so many previous guests have raved about their experiences at Luwak Estate. Their dedication to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. Location: The villa's location, as previous guests have noted, is superb, just a short five-minute drive from the heart of Ubud. The complimentary shuttle service provided by the team was incredibly convenient and greatly appreciated. When we plan our return trip to Ubud, booking Luwak Estate again will be our top priority. We -family of four 4&8 years old- loved it. We had a two Villa private pool booking. Breakfast served in our own kitchen area by the pool. It could have not been more relaxing. Great views into lush greenery. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, great with the girls and arranging everything we needed. A day trip, a driver and looking after my husband while we were out :). We had dinner there every night and a massage every day. Suzanne was a fantastic masseuse. The bathroom with a bathtub sitting in a fishpond was a real winner with the kids. We didn’t want to leave.
